We’re Confident Our Differences Make Us the Best

Cohesive Care Collaboration

We believe in a cohesive team from start to finish and work with the therapist that best fits our patients’ needs. This allows us to provide comprehensive care with people who are familiar with our internal systems, processes, and operational policies and value our care management philosophy.

Broad Service Area

Adara services the broadest geographic region of any home care company in Minnesota. Our reach covers 60 of Minnesota’s 87 counties through our seven branch offices.

Our large service area means that even if a patient is visiting a relative away from home, they can likely continue to receive care from Adara staff.

Fall Prevention

Falls happen, but they don’t have to. Our therapists will come to your home and evaluate how to make improvements to your care plan and physical environment to prevent falls. We developed a customized program for evaluating risks and preventing falls by orienting, educating, and training our caregivers on what to look for and proper prevention techniques. Preventing falls is critical to helping our patients maintain their independence since a fall can lead to a rapid decline and loss in mobility.

Wound Care

We take pride in our comprehensive training and understanding of the various techniques available to provide the best possible outcomes in caring for people with complex wound care needs.

Care Conferences

Most of our care takes place in the home, but we go beyond your front door. When appropriate, we’ll participate in any conferences and meetings before you discharge from a hospital, nursing home, or other facility to ensure a full understanding of your present and past condition.

Our Outstanding Ratings

Our commitment to providing responsive, compassionate care speaks for itself: It’s placed Adara among the top-rated home health providers in Minnesota. In the first quarter of 2021, we received 5 stars for Overall Quality of Patient Care in a third-party comparison to other state and national providers.

Due to data reporting complications as a result of COVID-19, the United States Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have frozen public reporting of home health agencies’ data as of Oct. 2020. Though our site does display the most up-to-date quarterly ratings, they may not be publicly reflected in government databases or websites at this time. Learn more about the public reporting freeze:
