Here’s How Our Provider Referral Process Works:

The referring provider contacts Adara. Adara’s intake gathers relevant client information and verifies eligibility with insurance if applicable.

Once client is accepted, Adara gets the discharge and other relevant medical records.

Adara contacts the primary physician to establish care and then schedules an appointment with the client and their family.
