Andrea began her nursing career as a RN in 2008 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. After working as a clinician for a few years, she discovered home health care in 2019 and later was promoted into leadership roles prior to joining Adara Home Health, Inc. What she values most about home health care is the chance to help clients in their own homes, where care is naturally more holistic—focused on the full environment instead of isolated lab results or a single diagnosis.

Area Managers are responsible for the overall management of the office, including the provision of all aspects of client care, recruitment, hiring, orientation, marketing and sales employee relations, adherence to company policies and procedures, and setting goals that ensure the long term success of their office.
