Anne has been a registered nurse since 2010, pursued her Master’s Degree in care coordination with completion in 2020, and most recently her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in the spring of 2024. Anne joined the Adara Home Health team in January of 2024 as the Area Manager for the Mendota Heights branch. Prior to joining the team, Anne held different roles within home health care as a clinical Supervisor and RN Case Manager.

Anne has a strong emphasis in healthcare business development and enjoys building relationships within the community, nourishing partnerships, and being a good steward in all aspects of community, organizational, and interpersonal engagement.

In her free time she enjoys her dog, Greyson and is dedicated to animal rescue and organizing events to promote awareness and increase donations for the rescues she works with. Anne avidly works out, and loves cooking healthy meals to share with family and friends. Travel is a passion of hers, whether it’s a weekend get-away or international travel.

Branch Managers are responsible for the overall management of the branch including the provision of all aspects of client care, personnel recruitment, hiring, orientation, marketing and sales employee relations, adherence to company policies and procedures, and setting goals that ensure the long-term success of their branch office.
