Tamera started her career with Adara Home Health in 2011 as a RN Case Manager providing client care. Since then, she has worked several different roles within the company, including RN Preceptor training new Case Managers, Clinical Information Manager providing clinical documentation review, Clinical Supervisor overseeing clinical care for the branch, the Area Manager role overseeing the Buffalo location. Tamera is now the Director of Operations and oversees multiple locations.

She has a diverse nursing practice, including clinic, hospital, nursing home, group home, until finding her passion for home care. Outside the office you will find Tamera with her family traveling and enjoying the lake life of Minnesota. She is also a highly dedicated Minnesota Viking’s fan. SKOL!
